    According to David Baggett and Ronnie Campbell, “...Swinburne distinguishes between “bare” natural theology (BNT) and “ramified” natural theology (RNT).  At best, BNT gets us to a generic theistic concept of God--one that can be shared among most all theists...RNT, on the other hand, is an exercise in or a “natural extension” of BNT, which takes us from a generic theism to particular religious claims, such as Islam or Christianity...”
