By way of introduction, perhaps the best way to start in your humanities research on faith and scholarship is by reading George Marden’s, The Outrageous Idea of Christian Scholarship. It’s published by Oxford Press in 1997. Marsden is a history professor who has taught at Berkeley and Notre Dame. Other bibliographies forthcoming.
